Er setzt weiterhin Massst\u00e4be f\u00fcr die Grenache Weine aus dem Clare Valley.
\nJedes Parzelle wurde einzeln geerntet und w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Weinherstellungsprozesses bis zur endg\u00fcltigen Assemblage getrennt vinifiziert. Der Ausbau erfolgt w\u00e4hrend 15 Monaten in franz\u00f6sischen „Hogheads“ (225-250lt).
